The student house sharing rental program in City View Terrace is set up specifically for graduate medical students.
City View Terrace houses the largest group of USC Keck graduate students outside of the USC Health Sciences Campus itself. The program has been helping to provide affordable housing to Keck students & staff for over 10 years.
The house share rental program has established special lease terms with house rules that are suggested by graduate medical student residents to help create a convenient, quite & hassle-free shared living space arrangement.
This program assists graduate medical students from all walks of life to come together in the vibrant Los Angeles City to enjoy a learning life style.
