Step 1 – ONLINE RESERVATION
Please go to the ONLINE RESERVATION page to fill out the reservation form to be placed on the waitlist.
Step 2 – AVAILABLE ROOMS
Imei, the housing service provider, will contact you to start the leasing process around early/mid May. You will review all of the available rooms and select one to lease. Imei will set up a phone appointment with you to go over the leasing info & reserve a room. You can see the room via video call or in person by appointment. You will need to submit complete lease application documents with a $500 holding deposit payment to secure a 1 year room lease.
Step 3 – SIGN LEASE
Upon your decision to lease you will pay $500 holding deposit & submit a lease application form with required school + financial documents. You will sign the lease agreement via DocuSign and secure the lease upon completion of the above.
Step 4 – MOVE IN
Make a move-in appointment, inspect your room, fill out a move-in inspection checklist & pay move-in payments: prorated 1st month rent, $1,000 deposit balance & $200 lease set up fee
