STANDARD FURNITURE PICTURES
The graduate student house sharing rental program provides all furniture.
Each unit is furnished with standard furniture sets for the living room, dining area & bedrooms.
Living Room: L-shaped sofa with ottoman.
Dining Area: 4-seat dining table set.
Bedroom: full size mattress, dresser, study desk & chair
Residents are not allowed to bring any large furniture that cannot fit into a regular car onto the premises.
City View Terrace HomeOwner’s Association will charge a $250 move-in fee and another $250 move-out fee if you are moving furniture and/or other bulk items with a moving truck or van in the complex.
MATTRESS
You will need to contact management if you need to use your own mattress.
You may be able to use your own mattress under the following conditions:
- Your unit has available storage space for the mattress that is provided in your room
- All your housemates agree for you to store the mattress in the common areas of the house
- Need to use a mattress storage bag and tape supplied by the management to seal & store the mattress
- You need to seal the mattress and store it away when you move-in & bring it back to your room when you move out.
