City View Terrace’s Home Owners Association will charge $250 to each Resident during their move-in / move-out for the following activities:
- Moving furniture, mattresses, appliances, etc. in or out of the unit
- Using a moving van and/or truck
- Leaving bulky item trash, furniture, mattresses in the trash area
Every summer during the moving season, residents’ moving trucks/vans cause damage to exterior walls, garage doors and driveway curb. The HOA needs to pay for expensive repair costs. They also need to pay for extra trash handling costs due to moving residents dumping bulk trash items like furniture, appliances, and mattresses.
Bulk trash inside the dumpster & in the trash area causes more trash handling fees and expensive fines from LA City.
MANAGEMENT is to charge the fee to RESIDENT upon receiving a moving charge notice from HOA for moving and/or trash violations.
