The lease term is one year – from your move-in day in August until 7/30 of the following year.
No short term lease – There are no month-to-month or short term leases available.
No sublease – Please do not sign up for a lease if you are unable to commit to a 1 year lease term.
Only residents who have been leasing for a minimum of 1 year and 8 months are qualified for a 1 to 4 months sublease with fees & conditions.
