RENT RATES      SECURITY DEPOSIT       MOVE-IN PAYMENT INFO

LEASE SET-UP FEE AMOUNT

New student renter: $200

Current renter relocation in same unit: $50

Current renter relocation to another unit: $100

The lease set-up fee pays for the following special housing services & enrolls you in the student rental housing program:

Renter screening & application document processing for graduate students & medical/working professionals

Verify school/work acceptance information in lieu of credit checks/tenant referral.

Provide house share rental program lease for each resident to sign an individual room lease and share a condo unit with other qualified renters

The student rental housing program can match you with housemates to live with. You will be responsible for the lease of your own room and shared usage of the common areas of the house. You will only be responsible for rent payment for your own room. If any of your housemates leave or are unable to pay their rent, you would not be responsible to pay their rent or find a replacement housemate.

House rules for student rental housing program

The student rental housing program lease agreement includes special house rules created to accommodate the most common concerns that students/working professionals have when living in a shared space. Over the years we have taken feedback from our residents to help create good faith house rules. They have been designed specifically with our residents in mind to help all housemates have a mutual understanding about the living arrangements – i.e. quiet nighttime hours, guest visitation, parking rotation schedule, etc. As a result, the student rental program has helped residents to best coordinate a stress-free living environment with their housemates.
