If you would like to review your other housing options in CVT, you can reserve an available room for lease with a $50 in-unit relocation fee or $100 to relocate to a room in a different unit.
END YOUR LEASE BY YOUR LEASE END DATE 7/30
If you confirm your lease end, Management will provide Move-Out Instructions for you to prepare for the move-out process & set up a move-out appointment with you on or before 7/30.
WHO IS QUALIFIED TO SUBLEASE ?
There is a NO SUBLEASE condition in the lease. Management does not accept sublease requests except for those who meet the below conditions:
Residents who have been in the student rental program for a minimum of 1 year & 8 months in the same unit are qualified to sublease for 1-4 months to the end of your current 12 month lease term. Need to provide a 60 day notice to request a sublease. Sublease is subject to fees & conditions.
