On the date of the inspection, you will need to turn in all your keys/remotes & be ready to leave after the inspection is done.
PREPARE FOR MOVE-OUT INSPECTION
- Remove all your belongings/trash from your room & the common areas
The inspection can only take place AFTER you have completely removed all your belongings/trash from the unit
- Check in with all your housemates to collect or dispose of any unclaimed items in the common areas
If any unclaimed items are left behind, an excess trash removal fee will be divided amongst all the housemates
On your move-out day you will be signing the move-out inspection checklist to release your deposit money, minus correction costs, back to you within 30 days from your lease end date via Zelle. You will receive an itemized statement with your deposit refund to show how much was deducted.
