LAPD Noise Complaint Dispatch
If neighboring units outside of CVT are causing noise disturbances you can call the local dispatch at 1-877-ASK-LAPD
They are available 24-hours, you can report the noise disturbance once you hear it.
They will ask for your name & address for the report and send a dispatch officer out to the site.
