On a regular business day, you need to call at least 1 day in advance to set up service.
They will need your name, SSN, DOB, CA drivers license number & deposit money to set up service.

The Gas Co. is available by business days only so please call in advanced and tell them to start service on your move-in day.
Need to request a onsite service for a technician to come turn on the pilot fire for the water heater & gas oven.
Need to call at least 1 business day in advance. They will your name, SSN, DOB & driver’s license #.
There will be a one time starting service fee of $25.
The California Alternate Rates for Energy (CARE) program offers eligible SoCalGas customers a 20% discount on their monthly bill.

Call to set up service on your move-in day. They will need your name, SSN & DOB.
They will provide a free modem for you to pick up in the nearest branch.
There is a monthly router leasing fee, you can cancel this fee if you provide your own router.
Call customer service to provide the MAC ID number of your own router to activate the service.
